Professor Lloyd Waller is the esteemed Chair of Digital Transformation Policy and Governance at the Department of Government at the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus. Over a decade, he has been a prolific intellectual force, authoring over 100 scholarly articles, seminal books, cutting-edge research papers, and pivotal technical reports.
