Neil Walters is the Director of Finance and Resource Management at the Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO). Neil joined the CTO in February 2000, as the organization’s Accountant. He was appointed Director of Finance & Resource Management in 2009, with responsibility for the financial management of the organization and providing counsel on the efficient utilization of the organization’s funds.
