Biography

Ms. Henderson graduated from the University of the West Indies with a Bachelor of Laws Degree in 2022, with a Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School in 2004. She was admitted to practice as an Attorney-at-Law at the Eastern Caribbean Court, St. Christopher and Nevis Circuits in November 2004. She is the founder and principal of Henderson Law Chambers, where she has operated her own practice since January 2010.

Marsha Henderson has dedicated her entire life to fighting for others who are unable to effectively fight for themselves. She continues today to advocate for the vulnerable boys and girls throughout the Federation and single working mothers on a regular basis.

In her new role as Minister of Tourism, Civil Aviation, Employment & Labour, International Transport, and Urban Development, she is enthusiastic about transforming the sector through strategic planning and innovative concepts. Her background and expertise are complementary and vital to reinforcing the regulatory framework for the proper development and management of the tourism sector.
