Anna Bancroft

Anna Bancroft is a native Nassuvian and is the General Manager of Tru Bahamian Food Tours. A self proclaimed foodie, she is always keen to join one of the company’s walking culinary tours in downtown Nassau– as soon as she can break away from an overflowing inbox! Anna spends much of her free time planning her next adventure or creating travel itineraries for family and friends. While Anna has an appetite to explore the world, she knows best that ‘there is no place like home’ and enjoys most sharing The Bahamas’ cultural gems, best local foods, and authentic experiences with curious visitors. Although her leadership role is very much behind the scenes, Anna contributes regularly to Tru Bahamian Food Tours’ blog where she is currently working to perfect a Bahamian steamed mutton recipe for homecooks interested in savouring the unique flavours of the islands in their own kitchens.
