Conference Registration
Registration is required for all delegates attending the SOTIC. A form must be completed for each delegate. The registration fee includes:
- Transfers
- Access to all conference sessions
- Meals
- Conference materials
Refund Policy for Conference Registration
Registrants canceling on, or before September 15, 2023 will receive a full refund of the payment received, less a processing fee of US$75. No refunds will be issued after September 15, 2023.

What did you like most about SOTIC 2018?
Let me say that last year’s SOTIC…and this year’s SOTIC were the best I’ve attended. The networking has always been good, but these two meetings also had more of the real information — hard facts — that make the trip worthwhile.
SOTIC is always a good opportunity for networking and sharing of best practices with key industry stakeholders.
The event was well organized from our pickup at the airport to the general session and opening/closing ceremony. The entertainment highlighted the rich Bahamian culture, music and its warm hospitality.
