Luba has been a key player in building Gravity into the fastest-growing cultural advertising agency in the U.S. and an INC 500 I 5000 company three years in a row. In addition, Luba is also Co-Founder of Gravity’s award-winning public relations & public affairs arm, Triomphant Communications.
Luba leads and nurtures innovation within the agency and has launched award winning campaigns for clients such as: Caesars Entertainment, Christofle, Comcast, NewDay USA, Prudential and various tourism clients. She frequently advises Fortune 500 companies on technology and innovation. Along with this, Luba was the creator and strategist behind Singapore Tourism’s gamification campaign created to drive travelers to Singapore through a visually compelling virtual experience.
Her work has garnered her some of the industry’s top accolades. She has been named a Webby Special Achievement Honoree, and was awarded as a Finalist in the Female Entrepreneur of the Year – Business Services category of the 11th annual Stevie® Awards for Women in Business. Luba received her master’s degree in social and cultural psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor’s degree in International Marketing from Baruch College. She is also fluent in Russian.
