Biography

During my 20 plus years away from the UK I have been lucky enough to live and work all over the globe and experience some of the best Customer Service in the World and some of the Worst. I believe my success is down to my passion of putting the customer front and centre of everything I do and making sure I have the right people around me to deliver dynamic customer service and making sure they are empowered to do so.

I first came to the Caribbean in 2003 with a tour operator called Airtour’s to run their Barbados programme before moving to Virgin Holidays in 2005 to oversee the brief Bahamas programme, then heading to St Lucia for 5 years  and then had an amazing year experiencing service in the Far East.

In 2011 I arrived back in Barbados to lead the largest volume area for Virgin Holidays outside of the US , I now look after Barbados , St Lucia, Antigua , Grenada and Tobago , where we constantly lead the world in Customer Service.

In 2016 I married a Bajan cementing my place in the Caribbean
